~BJT Engineering Warranty~

At BJT Engineering, we take great pride in the quality, precision, and durability of every product we manufacture. We spend a great deal of time designing, testing and refining our products. We’re confident in the performance of our components and back that confidence with a Limited Lifetime Warranty—valid only on BJT Engineering branded products. When you see our BJT crown, you will know its a quality and proven part.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to BJT Engineering–manufactured products and covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

• Premature failure of components that occurs under normal, proper use, including wear beyond what is reasonably expected during the life of the product.

Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Any product not manufactured by BJT Engineering.

• Damage resulting from neglect, abuse, improper installation, modification, or misuse.

• Failures caused by external factors, including environmental conditions, corrosive exposure, or unauthorized repairs.

• Products used outside their intended purpose (unless explicitly authorized).

• Cosmetic damage or normal wear that does not affect performance. (scratches, chips or fading of coatings is something that occurs normally through use and is not covered under warranty. If it can be shown that a coating is malfunctioning due to the manufacturing process, it could be eligible for replacement).

Proper Use and Maintenance

To be eligible for warranty coverage, products must be:

• Installed correctly by a qualified individual.

• Used as intended and maintained in accordance with our guidelines.

• Free from signs of tampering, modification, or misuse.

Proof of Purchase Requirement

We want everyone to be able to access our warranty program. We are confident in the quality of our products so proof of purchase is not normally required to be eligible for warranty coverage. However, some select products will be required to show proof of purchase before any warrany coverage will be granted. (All serialized parts will require proof of purchase)

What We Will Do

If a product is determined by BJT Engineering to have failed due to a covered defect, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the item,

• Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or

• Refund the original purchase price.

BJT Engineering reserves the right and will inspect all returned products before honoring any warranty claim.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim:

1. Contact our support team at: info@bjtengineering.com

2. Provide your proof of purchase if neccessary, a detailed description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for return or replacement.

Additional Terms

• Shipping costs for sending products to BJT Engineering are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping may be covered at our discretion for valid claims.

• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
