General Product FAQs
Are your gun parts compatible with other brands components/models?
-While many of our products may fit and function on other brands, certain things about them my be off such as
cosmetic compatibility. Please read the full description before purchasing and email our support staff if there are any other questions.
Do you sell complete firearms or just components?
-Currently, we do not sell complete firearms. We plan for this to happen in the future.
Are your parts made in the USA?
-Yes! Our brand of products are produced start to finish right here in the USA. We do offer many other products
in our store that may or may not be produced in the US. However, that does not mean they are inferior. We will not sell any products that do not meet the quality and reliability that we expect.
Do your products require professional gunsmith installation?
-We always recommend installation of any product we offer to be installed by a professional gunsmith. This is for legality purposes. If a product we offer is installed incorrectly or damaged during installation it could lead to potential safety issues if the product fails. We understand that many people want to be able to install parts themselves, however it is highly stressed that a professional should do the installations so that it legally covers you if something goes wrong.
Are your gun parts legal in all 50 states?
-Some are and some are not. Please read the full description of any product in question. If you have further questions or concerns that your state may not allow a certain item, please contact our support team via email.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship gun parts to California, New York, or other restricted states?
-Short answer yes, however some states have some extreme restrictions on firearm related products. We have produced a list for each states general restrictions at the bottom of this FAQ. This list is for general knowledge and we cannot always keep it up to date as laws and regulations change often.
How long does shipping take for firearm components?
-Depending on where you are, shipping is generally 3-7 days from the time your order is placed. You will be provided
with a tracking number once it is produced.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my full order?
-Mistakes do happen. If you received your pacage and it was not your full order please email our support staff and we will prioritize getting the missing products to you. Please also note that some shipments may come in more than one box and may be shipped separately. You will be notified about this via email when the order is shipped out.

What is your return policy on firearm parts and accessories?
-Please see our shipping and returns page located at the the top of each page of our website.
Do you charge sales tax on firearm products?
-Yes we do. The only time tax will not be applied is if you have a dealer account with us and we have your resale certificate on file.
Are my online payments secure when ordering gun parts?
-Absolutely! Our website and its contents along with our high risk payment gateway is PCI DSS level 1 compliant. (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
Other industry leading security measures including Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE), SREDKey devices, and EMV card acceptance.
️ Installation & Fitment
How do I know if a part will fit my gun?
-The product description should give any information for fitment questions. If there is a more specific question you have that is not covered in the description you can email our support staff.
Do you offer instructions or videos for installing your parts?
-Yes we do! We are always working to make new product videos and how-to FAQs.
Can I install these parts myself, or do I need a gunsmith?
-Yes you can! However we alway recommend that a professional gunsmith install firearm parts for legal purposes.
Do you offer technical support or product recommendations?
-We do. We want you to have the best products and the best experience with our products. If something isnt right or you have any specific questions please contact our support staff via email. If one of our products it not performing as it should, there could be a compatibiliy issue or simply an adjustment that needs to be made. We can make some recommendations as to what should be done in this case. Some of our products will list recommended products that mesh well or may even be required in order for them to function properly. These will be listed in the product description.
Legal & Compliance
Do I need an FFL to purchase your products?
-You do not. Most of the products we offer do not require a license. (you still must be 18 or 21 depending on the state you live in) Most of the time, the only products that require a license are serialized parts (like lowers or frames) or complete firearms.
Is it legal to buy AR-15 parts online?
-It definitely is. However, many states have regulations or restrictions as to what you can own or buy. We have a list of general regulations and restrictions for each state at the bottom of this FAQ. Please note that

-This is a huge battle for firearm dealers, you can see a compliance list of each state at the bottom of this FAQ. Please note that this is a general list and may not always be up to date as law an regulations change fequently.
Can I legally assemble a firearm using your parts?
-Yes you can. However, you must always comply with federal and state issued laws and regulations.
Care & Maintenance
How should I clean and maintain your firearm parts?
-Firearm cleaning and maintenance is a wide subject. It is generally recommened that your firearm should be cleaned regularly with a specific gun cleaning solution and then lubricated and oiled properly. (we offer both on our site)
We also have some instrctional videos that show how we recommend keeping our guns cleaned and lubricated.
Do your products come with a warranty?
-Most definitely! You can find out about our amazing product warranty on our policy page located at the top of every page on our website.
